We start with proprietary custom-built lists of consumers that match the profile of the ideal client for your services. For example, when telemarketing for Debt Settlement leads, we call consumers that have poor credit, at least $10,000 in credit card debt, and that have made several late payments towards that debt within the last few months. For our Debt Consolidation leads, we’re focusing on consumers with just as much debt, but higher interest rates and higher incomes. What We Collect
Once we’ve made contact, we collect 15 fields of information such as the credit card balances, average monthly payments, average interest rates, the gross monthly income, etc. We also ask several “quality filter” questions to assure that only consumers that are willing to speak to a specialist are transferred.
